Workshop Facilitator

We're looking for experienced facilitators to deliver our corporate workshops across India and beyond.

About the Role

As a Workshop Facilitator at Tagmark Studio, you'll bring our curriculum to life. You'll work with corporate teams to create meaningful learning experiences that drive real behavior change.

What You'll Do

• Deliver workshops on mission alignment, AI adoption, and organizational intelligence
• Adapt our curriculum to meet specific client needs
• Create safe spaces for honest conversation and experimentation
• Provide feedback to improve our programs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of facilitation experience in corporate settings
• Comfort with ambiguity and emergent learning
• Strong presence and ability to hold space for difficult conversations
• Genuine curiosity about how organizations work
