Who We're Looking For

Ideal Candidates Have:
- 5+ years of facilitation experience in corporate settings
- Comfort with ambiguity and emergent learning
- Strong presence and ability to hold space for difficult conversations
- Experience with organizational change or transformation
- Genuine curiosity about how organizations work
- Willingness to learn our methodology and adapt your style
