Peer Conversations for People Doing the Work
You're already facilitating, consulting, or helping organizations adopt AI. These gatherings aren't about learning from experts โ they're about learning from each other. Small groups (8-12 people), real challenges, honest dialogue.
What Makes These Gatherings Different
Peer Learning, Not Presentations
No keynotes, no pitches, no icebreakers. Just a circle of practitioners sharing what's actually working (and what isn't).
Small Groups That Go Deep
8-12 people max. Big enough for diverse perspectives, small enough that everyone contributes and no one hides.
Real Challenges, Real Solutions
Bring the stuff you're stuck on. Resistance from leadership, measurement struggles, scaling facilitation โ the messy reality of the work.
Build Your Network
Connect with other facilitators, consultants, and practitioners who understand the unique challenges of helping humans adopt AI.
Bi-Monthly Gatherings
90 minutes, every other month. Remote-first (for now), with plans to rotate in-person gatherings across cities as the community grows.
Gathering Format
Everyone shares: What are you working on right now? What challenge is top of mind?
Pick 2-3 challenges from the check-in. Explore together: What's underneath this? What have you tried? What would you try next?
Surface patterns, share resources, connect dots across different contexts. What are we all noticing?
Quick round: One thing you're taking away. One thing you want to try before the next gathering.
Who Should Join?
- โFacilitators who run workshops, offsites, or training programs
- โConsultants & coaches helping organizations adopt AI
- โL&D and People leaders designing AI upskilling programs
- โTagmark student chapter graduates ready for peer dialogue
