Building a Community of Practitioners

Building a Community of Practitioners

There's a kind of learning that only happens when practitioners come together. Not the polished presentations of conferences, but the messy, honest conversations about what's actually working—and what isn't.

The Isolation Problem

Modern work can be isolating. Even in busy organizations, it's rare to find space for the kind of deep, reflective conversations that drive real growth. We're all too busy doing to think about how we're doing it.

What We're Creating

The Tagmark Community is our answer to this isolation. It's a space designed for:

  • Honest exchange between people facing similar challenges
  • Small gatherings where everyone can contribute
  • Practical focus on real problems, not theoretical frameworks
  • Time to think in a world that rarely offers it

Not for Everyone

We're intentionally small. This isn't about building the biggest network or the most impressive speaker lineup. It's about creating conditions where genuine connection and learning can flourish.

"In a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future." — Eric Hoffer

The Practitioner Mindset

What unites our community members isn't their industry or job title. It's a shared orientation toward practice—the belief that doing and reflecting go hand in hand.
